The marsh is a good place for fishing but for now not for catching. This again should be picking up. here also the river some channel cat fish have been landed but the striper bite has been down to where even the small ones are not biting. so I had a friend stop by after dove hunting with 4 he just bagged. the opening of dove season was producing limits while now they seem to be spooked. Understandably so with a bunch of shotguns going off. these were taken in some of our local fields and shy Tim had me hold the birds he caught. Not to be confused with bashful Bill our local angler. And Again yes its Me ( Rusty) holding the doves. we have an update on the rainbow trout stocking.
