GENERAL CONDITIONS

Weather is going to be nice this week, not too hot this week. Fishing picked up for catfish, crappie and bluegill.

CATFISH

Catfish have been biting at the Boat Ramp area or Loma Island or from a boat with any type of stinky baits. Try chicken liver or shrimp.

TROUT

Trout bite has slowed down. Try fishing for them in deeper water at Channel Point, near the swim area or from a boat using nightcrawlers or variety of power bait.

BASS

Black bass fishing has been good, biting on artificial baits/lures or nightcrawlers anywhere around the lake.

CRAPPIE/BLUEGILL

Crappie and bluegill have been biting jigs or worms at the Boat Ramp area, Loma Island and the Channel Point area.
