http://www.ndow.orgThe lower river has been a good place to go fishing but the catching has not followed suit. In fact, the action has been slow. Fishermen have been catching some channel catfish with anchovies, but the striper bite is very slow. Even the small fish are not biting. Fishing should improve as temperatures drop.
