Tactics/Bait: Thomas Buoyants, continue to dominate the lure preferences still in either Copper, Red/Gold or Perch followed by Rapalas in Rainbow or Brown colors. The top colors with the jigs were still pumpkin and orange/chartreuse. Fishing was consistently good all around the lake this week. Look for the color changes in the the water from light to dark showing the increases in depth. You can fish along these shelves longer into the day as the cooler temps are allowing the fish to stay closer to the shallows and not being forced to go as deep during the mid-day heat.
