We had some exceptional fishing today and ended the day with 71 Yellowfin Tuna from 30 to 60 lbs, we must have had 130 hook ups today. We also made a stop for the anglers to get some Rockfish and a bunch Bonito, we are headed back out again tomorrow night. We will be departing tomorrow night at 8 PM with a little room. I recommend a 30 - 40 lb set up and flourocarbon is mandatory. Captain Tino Valentine called in with an audio update from the Freedom out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. The fishing was even slower today. We ended up with 2 Bluefin Tuna for 26 people. The same guy caught the 2 fish today. The only thing he was doing different was he used a one ounce glow in the the dark sliding sinker with fresh dead squid. We put the anchor down after......
