Most North coast rivers are high and muddy from this past weekend’s storm, but they should be dropping into shape by the weekend, and we would expect to see Fall Chinook moving.

Summer steelhead fishing is slow but cold nights and recent rains should have these fish getting active. There are fish throughout the system.

Angling for cutthroat should be fair to good, sea-runs should be throughout the system. Try casting spinners or streamer flies in areas with cover, or dead drifting small presentations.
