It is hard to believe that we have this quality of fishing for us here in November, but now is the time to get out and get yours. Capt Tino checked in from the Freedom as they returned from their 1.5 day trip, it was one of the better days here in southern California. We hooked at least 60 of the larger grade Bluefin Tuna and managed to put 23 of them on the deck. The key to landing these fish you better have the right gear, a minimum of 40 lb set up, absolutely no spinning gear and make sure yout gear is in good......

Captain Jeff Jessop called in this afternoon with an update from the Freedom out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. Today we had good fall fishing. We had 7 Bluefin Tuna (80 to 100 pounds) and 4 Yellowfin Tuna. We had one stop and drifted all day. We will be coming back to this area tomorrow. I recommend 40#, 50# and 60# outfits.
