Report Date:
http://www.theflyshop.com/streamreport.htmReleases from Lewiston Dam are 300 CFS, but all of the tributaries are draining the surrounding mountains. Below Douglas City, Weaver and Dutton Creeks are adding some much needed color. We are seeing fish in the system, this is true steelheading. With the tributaries flowing, the fish aren't holding in the main stem, but getting up, spawning and heading out. This recent storm brought enough of a shot of runoff that as it recedes we'll see some more fish entering the system. We're getting grabs on rubberlegs, eggs and Psycho Princes.
