Catching the Spotlight

It has rained most of the week but that hasn't stopped anglers from catching big trout. Wayne Hall (top left) caught these trout on Powerbait out of Lake 4. One weighed 5lbs. 1oz. and the other weighed 3lbs. Raul DeLatorre (top right) was lucky enough to catch this tagged 2lbs. trout. He won a new spinning reel!

Bryan Lazarescu (bottom left) caught the biggest trout of the week weighing in at 5lbs. 15oz. He caught it on green Powerbait in lake 4. Remember tomorrow January 24th and January 31st are the last two half priced fishing days!

Lake Lowdown

Avg. Water Temp: 54.7°F Water Clarity: Average 1 ft. visibility Jess Ranch will be stocking the lakes on Friday. Green Powerbait is still the best option for trout. Trout have been the most popular fish to target lately but don't be afraid to try your luck with the Largemouth Bass. The cold weather has slowed the bass bite down but the big one is out there ready to reward the persistent angler.
