Wilson River Fishing Report

The Wilson was the hot spot last week. Although temperatures were cold and conditions low and clear a fair number of wild fish and brood stock hatchery fish were still caught. Heavy rains and snow melt are predicted for the North coast the next couple days which will probably blow the rivers out. However, it’s looking like they may be back in fishable shape by the weekend. For high flows try fishing larger, brighter presentations, and it can also be a good time to bring bait.
