The pond has had a couple average days this week as well as a couple very good days, on the average days anglers were getting into 5 to 10 fish while on the very good days the numbers were more like 15 to 20. Stripping leech patterns seems to be the best technique lately with seal buggers, mayers mini leech and stillwater nymphs being the top flies, dropping a hare’s ear or soft hackle off the back is also a good call.
