http://www.KensSport.comThe East is running at about 880 cfs right now, there’s a lot of water coming off the mountain from the snow melt so of course it’s ending up in the river for now. There have been a few anglers fishing down there with some limited success. You’ll need to focus on the softer water, undercut banks and overhanging willows where fish will be hanging out. Streamers and nymphs with the right drifts might afford you some success. Patterns to try: zuddlers, double bunnies, sculpzillas, prince nymphs, stonefly nymphs, copper johns, dark lords.
