Today was a travel day for us to be in position for our first stage of fishing. Our chef Brian started out our day with an incredible breakfast of eggs benedict. After breakfast, we had a family meeting and covered tackle and and techniques we will be using in the coming days of fishing. The rest of the day was spent rigging tackle, enjoying the day, and relaxing. Tonights dinner was Osso Buco, a saphron risotto, and fresh green beans paired with a 2015 Kunde Zinfandel that was nothing short of amazing. We fish tomorrow.
