Fishing for bass and other warmwater species should be slowing with the cooling surface temperatures. Depending on which way the wind blows, aquatic weeds can really stack up at the boat ramp at Willow Lake. Boaters should make sure to clean off weeds from boat trailers before they leave the ramp or launch in another waterbody. The lake is 57 percent full.
