Dipping water temps slowed the bite some this past week, but guys were still able to pick off few fish. Jigs, Carolina rigs, and drop shot accounted for most of the bites, although there's silversides all over the banks. Look for egrets and grebes to find the baitfish. All other species went unreported.

WEEK ENDING: 7/2/2017 WATER TEMPERATURE: 81 Dipping water temps slowed the bite some this past week, but guys were still able to pick off few fish. Not much changed here last week, there are still silversides all over the bank in most areas of the lake. Look for egrets, and grebes for locations of feeding fish. Flukes, rip baits, small swimbaits all have been getting bit. The worm bite is still very slow at this time. No panfish or catfish were reported last week. ......
