The Trask was high and off color on Saturday, but dropped into shape later in the weekend and fished well. Fishing was fair, and a few fish were caught, but there don’t appear to be large numbers in the river yet. The river should remain in decent shape this week. Float fishing jigs, beads, or bait, drift fishing, nymphing, and swinging flies or spinners are all good techniques.
