The East is running at 240 cfs today, after bouncing up to 479 and back down to 333 over this past week. The storms are gone for now but even during the storms we had a few die-hard anglers who braved the rain and had some pretty good days on the river. It seems as though the fish aren’t waking up until a little later in the morning so you can sleep in and try to get to the water around 10 or so. We’ve had some really good reports even when the water was higher than it is today. Small midges are still the mainstay but we have has some good reports on streamers as well. The Nevada side is fishing good too but I still don’t have the new Nevada license terminal so be sure and get your Nevada license before you get here.
