Very good barracuda fishing today with both the open party ?? day and the open party ?? day trip catching hundreds of barracuda. The morning ?? day trip on the Nautilus had 25 anglers catch 115 barracuda and 5 sand bass. The Patriot had 327 barracuda, 31 sand bass and 1 halibut for 50 anglers on their open party ?? day trip today.
The Nautilus is running open party morning and afternoon ?? day trips Thursday (July 3), Friday (July 4), Saturday (July 5), and Sunday (July 6). Only about 8 to 10 reservations for both trips for July 3 & July 4.
The Patriot has open party ?? day for Thursday (July 3). For Friday (July 4), Saturday (July 5), and Sunday (July 6) the Patriot will be running open party limited load extended ?? day trips. With the holiday weekend these trips should keep things nice and comfortable for everyone and be a good bet for having a productive and fun day.
For July 4 I thought it would be cool to celebrate by offering $10 off any trip for that day (July 4). Just let us know you are with the email club.

Hi Everyone . Just got a update from the Amigo and they have 9-10 white sea bass to over 40 pounds and a couple yellowtail and they are still fishing today. They are on an overnight open party trip. Capt Dan Connelly is running this trip. Will have the final count later today. Here is Newport Landing Sportfishing's schedule for the remainder of this week and July 4th weekend The Amigo has an open party overnight leaving Tuesday night......

Hi Everyone, Giant squid are here! The open party twilight trip last night (Thursday 06/26/08) on the Nautilus had 46 giant squid and 32 sand bass for 15 anglers. It was wide open giant squid fishing and they left them biting. The giant squid are 15 pounds and larger. The Nautilus is running open party twilight nightly departing at 7pm. They have trips Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this weekend. Along with giant squid the sand bass have arrived......
