The fishing here is fantastic. We have Rainbow Trout that have been stocked to help with the Caddis fly issue. Our abatement manger Joe Isburg is doing a super job with getting us some quality fish, he also is doing great at keeping the mosquitos at a minimum. We have a great striper bite going on and the channel catfish are on the prowl so to say.
Colorado River below Davis Dam we are getting mostly stripers in the 1 to 3 pound range. Watch that drag and have a good knot, always a good idea to retie after a good bite as we are getting some larger striper coming through.
