Report Date:
http://www.sportfishingreport.com/We got on the lake at around 6:15. It only took a few more minutes for Chad to catch a Rainbow Trout. He caught it at 6:24 and he released it and the bait was a Cop Car Needlefish. A few minutes later I was able to reel a Rainbow Trout up. I caught it at 6:31. I released and the bait was a Cop Car Needlefish. Then a couple minutes later Maura saw the rod move and she reeled it up. She was able to catch a Rainbow Trout and it was so far for the day the biggest one that we caught. She caught the trout at 6:49 and she released it. The bait was a Cop Car Needlefish once again. Then a couple minutes later at 7:20. I reeled in a fish that hit the boat but at the last second the fish was able to get away. The bait was a Cop Car Needlefish even though we lost it. Then 2 minutes later Chad reeled a Rainbow Trout that he decided to release even though it was our biggest fish of the day. The bait was Hot Pink Needlefish. It took 30 more minutes for me to catch another fish. It was another Rainbow Trout. I released it and the bait was Hot Pink Needlefish. So we ended up at Gull Lake 3 Rainbow Trout (1 from Sean, 1 from and 1 from Maura) and at Silver Lake we got 5 Rainbow Trout (2 from Chad, 2 from me and 1 from Maura) so a spectacular day at the lake.
