Report Date:
http://www.theflyshop.com/streamreport.htmWater Conditions: Mostly good to great. Fishing has been great for fresh wild winter run steelhead and sea-run browns. There are more and more browns in the system every day, and still good numbers of steelhead moving through the system; almost all of the steelhead being caught now are chrome-bright and wild. We're expecting the Trinity to continue fishing until they release all of the hatchery smolts on March 15.

The Fly Shop's Tips: Crowds are less of an issue this time of year, but a few etiquette rules should be observed...as the steelhead in the Lewiston area are starting to move into the shallow tailouts and spawn, anglers need to be aware that spawning fish are easily-stressed, and should be left alone.
