http://www.americananglersportfishing.comAfter yesterday's attempt to find some tuna turned into a driveathon it was therapeutic to sit in one place and catch a bunch of fish. We enjoyed fantastic yellowtail action and with yesterday still fresh in everyone's memory it made us all appreciate it even more. With the ocean temperature heating, the warm water species are making their presence known on a regular basis. Pictured are some of the lucky guys that got in on a wahoo bingo and one of the tag team of Walter Fujita and Shawn Trowbridge (puppy dog) fighting and eventually releasing a Marlin.

In order to hit a home run one must swing the bat and today we struck out. Where we had wide open leave them biting fishing on Friday we could not even find a scale. We must shake it off and hopefully get back on track tomorrow. The guys......

We started out the trip offshore kelping and found a couple that provided us with some decent action. The majority of the fish we caught were good grade yellows but there were a few dorado in the mix. Peter Thompson a regular that makes the trip from Aukland New Zealand every year is pictured with Keli on the gaff and if you notice in the background you can see the weather that we are blessed with.
