The Shogun cleared Point Loma on another of our "Value Added" 1 1/2 day trips. An early departure put on the local banks with plenty of daylight to spare for fishing. Yellowfin tuna averaging 25# have been found lately under the dolphins and it wasn't long before Norman found a batch holding fish. As the boat came to a stop, hookups quickly followed. We boated several and then went looking for the fish again. Another repeat performance and more fish into the RSW hold. All too soon the day came to an end and a hearty pasta dinner was waiting for us in the galley. This evening we are drifting in calm seas and have all tomorrow to put together a catch.
