Rolling into today was our third try at these pesky bluefin and with virtually no love by lunch, our stomachs feared the worse. Then, with a little luck and a lot of persistence, things finally started coming together with a very nice showing of 30-200 plus lbers which gave us several opportunities that we will never forget.
The heartbreaks will always be there but we were also able to capitalize on several occasions. Average size was 30-80#s and they took us down to the wire.... what a very satisfying way to wrap it up.

MIA After a full day of travel yesterday, we regrouped and were looking forward to getting back in the game. Things were looking up .... beautiful weather, a team of three scouring the zone and the fact that we knew they couldn't be far. We covered miles and miles of good country, but when the day ended it was a total miss and the bluefin had their noses in the mud. Not exactly what we had in mind but with one day left,......
