The flows on the East have been lowered to about 251 cfs this week. The fishing down there has been pretty good, most anglers are reporting good numbers of fish and some nice fish over 20 inches. Nymphing and streamers have been the main ticket though there have been a couple fish we know of being caught on dries, mainly when the sky is overcast or stormy. There’s lots of insect life in the water these days and the crawdads are starting to come out as well. It looks like there’s one storm coming up in a couple days but after that the weather looks pretty clear. At some point, when the snow starts to melt, the flows are going to start going up so now is the time to take advantage of some good flows and some good fishing!
