On this day of remembrance we fished along the baja coast and did fairly well on the yellowtail in the 12 to 18 pound class. Most of the fish came on the "yo-yo" jig, Salas 6x Jr. in a variety of colors were top producers. The wind has been unrelenting and cut our day short as we ran up to one of the islands in the area to have a calm few hours and dinner plates that didn't want to slide off the table. On the positive side, we did have a good evening calico snap that went into the dark. Sorry no pictures today. While we were catching, it was busy time with the staplers.
