Empire Lakes have been stocked with trophy trout, legal-size, and “pounder” rainbows. Catch rates have been very good here, particularly in the Middle (Upper) Lake. 

Warmwater species like bluegill, crappie, and largemouth bass should be getting more active with spring weather.
