Conditions Are Prime

Conditions should be prime for bass, crappie, bluegill, and brown bullhead catfish fishing at this time. Anglers also use small jigs or a worm on a hook fished near the bottom to catch yellow perch this time of year.

The Tenmile Lakes were stocked with legal-size rainbow trout this week. Tenmile Lakes provide some nice holdover trout this time of year, and some can measure over 17-inches long. Try trolling slowly with a “wedding ring” type lure, tipped with a worm, to catch these larger trout.
