The East Walker River "Miracle Mile" division is limited to 25 anglers. The entry fee is $125. Anglers will fish the "Miracle Mile" section from the dam east to the first bridge. The second division is for those using float tubes or boats on the Bridgeport Reservoir. The entry fee is $75. Anglers will fish using float tubes or boats at designated areas on the reservoir. Maps will be provided at check-in. Print out the complete rules for this division. Enter using the Print and Mail Entry Form below.
Entry fee includes goody bag with event cap, fly fishing gear and useful giveaways, plus a delicious steak dinner with all the trimmings. Additional dinners for those not fishing are$15. Awards ceremony will be held at the Memorial hall on School Street behind the historic Court House. Happy hour at 4:30 pm and dinner at 5:15 pm.
Awards include quality trophies,=2 0fly rod and reel combos, fly fishing gear, float tube, a day at Alper's Ranch, guided local fly fishing trips, all inclusive vacation packages and many quality raffle prizes.

Water Conditions: Temps have cooled big time, 27 degrees in Bridgeport this week. Flows are at 91 as of 9/14. Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Fair to good. Early morn.or late afternoon. Midday temps rise rise pretty good so use best judgement for fishes safety! Recommended Flies: Midges and tricos still best bet early morning.
