Today’s Fish Count: 8 Boats and 154 Anglers.

542 Rockfish, 494 Whitefish, 3 Lingcod, 43 Sheephead, 28 Sculpin, 68 Perch, 1 Sole, 1 Halibut, 47 Bonito, 13 Yellowtail, 91 Barracuda, and 263 Calico Bass.

Boats continue to focus on shallow water fishing as Calico Bass and Barracuda become a solid part of the daily fish count. While the Yellowtail is not biting well yet, anglers are keeping busy catching a variety of other fun species. Throwing iron and flylining baits is always fun, but dropping down to the bottom also has its perks. Sheephead and Whitefish are down there, just to name a few. From top to bottom, there are fish to catch throughout the water column.
