Water Conditions: Good

As of November 7 the flow above Hot Creek confluence is 63 CFS. The water is clear and cold.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good

There are still a lot of fish in the Upper Owens right now but pretty lethargic. There is a baetis hatch midday but fairly short.

Recommended Flies:

Olive WD-40 in sizes 20-22 and RSL's size 18-20 have been top producers.
