Hello everyone;
Well I guess the move to Alijos rocks paid off. If not for the rain, things were good for us at the rocks.
Weather was cloudy, rain, but very little wind, so the seas were calm. We arrived to the rocks at sunrise. We trolled, until we located the skinny’s. Most of the Wahoo were in the 40 to 50 pound range, and yes they did the Wahoo thing to us again.
We probably hook 80 to 100 Wahoo, which some were lost to the sharks, but if you ever fished Wahoo before, then you know what I mean. We had one angler hook 12, and only landed 3 and that was the case for many anglers. But everyone onboard got at least one skinny.
We departed the rocks at 18:00 hours, and we are now headed to Guadeloupe island. Traveling up is good, and we will arrive to the island on the 9th in the early morning hours.
So until then wish us luck and we will keep you updated on our daily events. Team R/p.
