Hello everyone;

Well it’s not much I can say about today’s fishing.  We had an excellent morning and mid-afternoon of Yellowfin and Bluefin tuna fishing.  The Bluefin keep us busy for most of the morning and the Yellowfin was the main attraction for the afternoon.  The Bluefin were in the 50 to 70 pound grand, with a few going over the 100 pound mark.

When it was first call for lunch, it was like someone told the Yellowfin to start biting, and so they did.  Most of the Yellowfin were in the 25 to 40 pound range, with a few going over 50.  It was all hands on deck.  Once the bite slowed, we would bring in the kite, and start looking for another school.

To our luck, we would lose most of our man power, as many of our anglers just didn’t have the energy to keep fishing.  The weather most of the day was good, but the late afternoon wind pick up, and so did the cold weather.  The cold might have had some effect on our anglers fishing, but that fishing.

At 18:00 hours, we called it a day and we are headed for points south.  So with that note, and until fingers and key board meet again.  Wish us luck.  Team R/p

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
