Today’s Fish Count: 6 Boats and 120 Anglers.

1,100 Rockfish, 505 Whitefish, 23 Sheephead, 34 Lingcod, and 66 Calico Bass.

Great fishing for Rockfish and Whitefish yet again today. The local island boats mixed it up and fished both deep and shallow, catching a big variety of species.

They did do some Calico Bass fishing for part of the day, and then some bottom fishing to fill the sacks. The outer island boats put on some huge cod on deck! Bags were overflowing with quality Rockfish consisting of mostly Reds. Throw in a few Lingcod and Sheephead, and everyone is happy. Again, the boat loads were light, so everyone had plenty of room to fish. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up this week, we expect to see a lot of new faces as family members are coming to town looking to spend quality time with loved ones. Go fishing and make this Thanksgiving one to remember!
