The popular lures are Rapalas, S Wavers and Flicker Shads. Trolling is very successful, especially but the dam. The bass bite is excellent all around the lake, on and off the shore. Those willing to share said they used Robo worms and mondo worms. A sunfish was caught just past the buoys. The weather continues to be cool in the mornings and sunny in the afternoon. The lake has been hitting for the past few weeks. Several have been reported as large as 20” both small and largemouth. One young angler broke the bass steak by catching a 2 lb. catfish on a garlic night crawler in Harvey’s Cove. ......
