Striped bass fishing remains slow for most anglers. Anglers have been catching some stripers with crankbaits at the south end of the reservoir. Black bass should become more active as water temperatures begin to climb. Anglers are already catching largemouth on silver spoons and anchovies near shelves in the coves. Shore anglers at Willow Beach are catching stripers and rainbow trout, both in the one-to-three-pound range. Stripers are taking large trout swimbaits.
