You better had been in the right spots this morning because it was a “hit or miss” morning. Some boats did really well and others not so well. The ocean weather this morning was not really close to a forecast we heard as with -2.1 minus tide and wind it made for tough fishing. But those who worked at it came home with a good catch and one boat had a good many Lingcod onboard. Crabbing was somewhere in the 2-4 range again depending on the boat.

A day suppose to be windy even in the morning hours turned out to be a nice morning With some of that wind showing up in the afternoon hours. The fishing was really good this morning again and was steady all morning long. Lots of Lingcod caught but just as yesterday being the same not many of them were take home models. Boats were catching limits on both days Monday and Tuesday of rockfish and quite a few Lingcod also caught out in deeper water. The crabbing has picked up with a Monday average around 3-per person and Tuesday even better at 4-5 per person. Beautiful weather should remain with us at least thru this Friday with possibly some showers over the weekend. ......
