The bass bite remains consistent with many reports of fish being caught on topwater baits. Tony caught this healthy largemouth out of Lake 1 on a frog. Popular spots include the east shore of Lake 1 and the southwest corner of Lake 5. The catfish bite has picked back up with the recent stocking of the Lakes. Popular baits include mackerel and shrimp. Popular spots include the south shore of Lake 2 and the east side of Lake 4. Our next scheduled stock will take place on Monday, July 20.
