Hello everyone;
Well we arrived to our destination at 07:00 hours. We did some looking around, found a few schools of Yellowfin (8 to 10 pounds). The size of the Yellowfin were not what we were looking for, but there was some 12 to 18 pound fish in the mix. So it was a whole lot of shacking through the smaller fish to get the larger one’s. We did these for a few hours, then we went looking. It was about the same in most areas of the ridge. The Wahoo fishing was on the slow side, but the Wahoo we landed were all good quality (most in the 35 to 45 pound range). We did some traveling tonight, and we are headed south, hoping to find some quality fish for our passengers.
The weather continues to be good, with a slight breeze to keep it comfortable for all aboard. The Yellowtail fishing during the day was slow, but a few passengers stayed up and caught some quality Yellowtail (20 to 30 pounds). So we look forward to tomorrow and see what the ocean has to offer us. Until then wish us luck. Team R/p.
