We departed on our annual Doug's Wine and Good Times 8 day trip yesterday morning. After putting on a nice load of bait, we cleared the point shortly after noon. Our weather is beautiful and we are heading South. Our host for the trip, Doug Delaney, gave out a bunch of free swag for all of the guests. Everyone is a winner. Doug has also worked with our head chef, Brian Torres, to pair different wines with each dinner of the trip. Last night was Brian's signiture prime rib paired with a Kunde cabernet sauvignon.
