Yesterday was a travel day for us and we had beautiful weather all day. We had an in depth tackle seminar after breakfast and spent the rest of the day rigging tackle in preparation of the fishing days to come. The food has been nothing short of amazing as our chefs Brian Torres and Kasey McNabb have knocked it our of the park on every meal. Last nights dinner was a double bone in pork chop over a bed of five grain blend and roasted carrots paired with a Kunde chardonnay. Spectacular. We fish today.
