The boat traffic has calmed down, so fishing is improving! Jigging for macks is still popular here. Anglers should jig for macks in the middle of the lake or by the China Cove area. Macks are down deep right now. Anglers focusing on Kokanee should try fishing with flashers and pink hoochies. Shore anglers fishing for rainbow trout should fish with powerbait and worms. Donner Lake is currently at 80% capacity.
