Tackle Day November 7th, 2020 9am to 3pm
EVENT DETAILS: Fisherman's Landing in conjunction with Let’s Talk Hook-up and several prominent fishing tackle manufactures, will host Tackle Day at Fisherman's Landing. This event will feature seminars throughout the day given by some of Southern California's premier saltwater fishing experts, including captains from local and long range sportfishing vessels. Many tackle manufacturers will be on hand to display their newest saltwater fishing gear. West Coast Marine will have a Parkers boat on display. Fisherman's Landing Tackle Shop will offer UNBELIEVABLE BLOWOUT PRICING on tons of saltwater fishing items, for local and long range fishermen, as well as holiday shoppers. Participate in the ever popular SURFACE IRON CASTING CONTEST! Additionally, dozens of prizes will be up for grabs in a huge raffle. The raffel will in part benefit Captain Rollo's Kids at Sea. Let's Talk Hook-up will kick off the event with a live broadcast on FM 97.3 The Fan from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Seminars and sales activities will begin at 9:00AM.

The Outrider called in with LIMITS (18) of Bluefin Tuna (120-250# with a 200# avg.) and 90 Yellowtail for 9 anglers on the 2nd day of a 2.5 day trip.
The Dolphin AM trip caught 41 Rockfish, 7 Sculpin, and 1 Bonito for 16 anglers.
The Dolphin PM trip caught 16 Sculpin, 10 Sheep Head, 58 Rockfish, 1 Sand Bass, 2 Calico Bass, and 25 Calico Bass released for 14 anglers.
The Liberty caught 53 Yellowfin Tuna, 26 Skipjack Tuna, 27 Yellowtail, and 20 Dorado for 33 anglers on their full day trip.
The Intrigue called in with Limits of Yellowtail (30), 6 Yellowfin Tuna 1 Dorado and 5 Skipjack for 6 anglers.
The Pacific Queen called in with 24 Bluefin Tuna from 80 to 150 pounds, 137 Yellowfin Tuna, 18 Dorado, and 23 Yellowtail for Day 3 of a 3 day trip with 23 anglers.

The Liberty called in with 99 Yellowtail, 38 Dorado, 35 Yellowfin Tuna and 4 Skipjack Tuna for their Full Day trip with 38 Passengers.
The Pacific Queen called in with 129 Yellowfin Tuna, 15 Dorado, and 10 Yellowtail to start off a 3 day trip with 23 anglers.
The Dolphin called in with LIMITS of Bonito and 27 rockfish for 9 anglers on their morning trip.
The Condor returned this Am with 16 Bluefin Tuna (up to 170lbs.), 30 Yellowtail, 70 Yellowfin Tuna and 18 Dorado for 28 anglers on a 2.5 day trip.
The Pacific Dawn caught 46 Bluefin Tuna 14 of the are 35 to 50 pounds and 32 of them 90 to 306 pounds and 14 Yellowtail for 2.5 day for 17 anglers.
Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.
As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
