Deepest Spot is By The Dam

The Mountain View boat ramp and all campgrounds are closed and inaccessible. The ramp by the dam is pretty much limited to personal water craft as well. Bank access is readily available.

The reservoir is 4 percent full. The deepest portion of Howard is over near the dam, which would be your best bet for trout or bass, fished as deep as you can get.
