Water Conditions: Good
Flows are at 87 cfs as of 12/11
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good
It's getting a little more crowded but there are still plenty of places to hide. Flows are now down to winter levels, making for easier wading and being able to reach more areas. Flows are good, temperatures mid-day are pleasant, but the hatches are starting to slow down. As the water temperature continues to drop the fish become less active. Once the temperature stabilizes they will become more active. Mornings it's midges, later in the morning is a few caddis and BWO. The BWO hatches are getting more erratic but the nymphing is still going strong. If you're looking for dry fly action midday BWO hatches are still decent, especially if its overcast. Reports from up by the dam have not been as good as downstream.
