Mouth is a little buttoned up due to high swells. Water agency is supposed to open today Tuesday. Some fish were caught over the weekend so if the mouth gets opened we should have some new ones to catch before the river goes under 300 cfs.

As of today October 1 the Russian River is now under "low-flow" regulations until April 1. This means that no fishing is allowed if the flow in the river is under 300 cfs.
