Hello everyone; We departed Fisherman’s landing at 09:30, headed to the bait barge, and loaded up our tanks. We have a great load of bait, and we are headed for points south. After we cleared the point, Roy gave his safety seminar, and the crew went to work, getting everyone ready for action. We arrived to our destination at 14:00 hours, started looking around. To our surprise, we found the mother load of Bluefin tuna, but they didn’t bite, once again. But we did luck up and fool a few of the 18 to 30 pound Bluefin, one Yellowtail, and a Calico bass.
After seeing all this fish in the day time, we had high hopes for our night time fishing. But for the first few hours, nothing. I mean no sigh of fish. Weather today was overcast, rain, and flat seas.
So not much more to report, so until tomorrow, wish us luck. Team R/p (Roy, Dharyl, Travon, Doug, Eddie, Nick, Dave, and Ulysses.
