Report: The Pit continues to fish super! Right now they are releasing 1,800 CFS on Pit 3, the flows below in Pit 4 and 5 are normal. Definitely fish lower in the system and check the flows before you head out. Look for this storm over the weekend to add some color to the river, keep your eyes open for the flows to be bumped below the powerhouses as always. Pit 3 below Lake Britton dam will remain in great shape. Best flies right now are brown and black Jiggy Rubberlegs and TJ Hooker. From Pit 3 down through 5 it is on!
As always, the flows on the Pit can and will change without notice, so definitely check before you go! And be prepared to get out when the river begins to rise.
