Anglers on Lake Oroville need to go deep or head out at night, reported Don Reighley at Oroville Outdoors. "The water level is dropping almost two feet per day", observed Reighley. "Most of the bass are either suspended, or holding deep. The deep fish will still bite, but the suspended fish won't move in near the bank except at night. Best bet for bass that are mostly in the 12 to 15-inch slot is using a morning dawn-color dropshot bait......
