Not a lot of change from last week though flows have dropped in streams north of I80 and stayed the same south of I80. Expect springtime driving conditions with frozen roads in the morning but muddy on the way out once it warms up. Access is iffy to many of these waters. As of February 11, Cleve Creek was flowing at 4.9 cfs.

Comins Lake: The ice at Comins is ranging between 10 and 15 inches
Illipah Reservoir: The road into the lake has been plowed and in good shape
Angel Lake: The road to Angel Lake is closed for the winter and the lake is ice covered

Steptoe Creek: As of January 28, Steptoe Creek was flowing at 1.9 cfs
Jakes Creek Reservoir (Boies Reservoir): Jakes Creek has approximately eight to 10 inches of ice
Cave Lake: The water levels continue to drop at Cave Lake
Ruby Lake NWR: Someone punched through the drift at the top of Harrison Pass, but it is still iffy to go over the pass
Owyhee River - East Fork: As of February 11, The East Fork of the Owyhee River near Mountain City was showing ice
Humboldt River: As of February 11, South Fork of the Humboldt was flowing between 10 and 15 cfs
Bruneau River: The Bruneau River is showing ice but expect flows around 20 to 25 cfs

Lake Mead: Striped bass are biting anchovies along the beaches near Hemenway
Lake Mohave: Reports of striper catches are coming in at the lake's north and south ends
Colorado River - Laughlin: Rainbow trout have been the main catch on the river
Las Vegas Urban Ponds: Night crawlers and mealworms are the go-to bait for catching stocked trout
Kirch Wildlife Management Area: Some portions of the reservoirs have open water
Eagle Valley Reservoir: Ice was still thick enough for groups of anglers to get together on the ice this past weekend
Echo Canyon Reservoir: Visitors are still seeing ice along the edges
